I’m so glad I went with this option instead of paying someone to make a balloon garland for me. The instruction is very clear, and I also watched a few YouTube videos before making the purchase anyway so I was pretty confident! I just blew up balloons and put them together with the DIY tape, trying not to cluster too many balloons of the same color together.
