This was my first time buying and trying to make a balloon garland by my self. Pretty easy to set it up. We used an air compressor to blow up the balloons and that definitely made things much faster. They looked great the next day for our party. I added additional gold balloons though. In overall it looks great and absolutely saved a lot than hiring someone to do it for you.
