Shipping Policy*

Balloon Passion ships across Canada and US from our warehouse located in Ontario.

We offer the following shipping options for Canada:

  1. Free shipping with Canada Post (no tracking, 5-10 business days, all sales are final)
  2. Canada Post Expedited Parcel with Tracking (3-7 business days with tracking)
  3. UPS Expedited Shipping with Tracking (2 business Days with tracking) 

And we offer the following shipping options for US:

  • Canada Post International Tracked Shipping to US (7-11 business days with tracking) | Note: All sales are final for US shipping addresses.

Returns & Refund (For Canada Post Expedited Parcel and UPS Shipping only)

You may return most items sold by Balloon Passion within 30 days of your original order date. We will credit you your total purchase price less the amount Balloon Passion incurred for shipping the products to you. Your return package must be post-marked within 30 days of your original order date.

Please note that, Balloon Passion does not cover your return shipping costs. All returned balloons and materials should not be used.

How long does it take to get my refund?
We process all returns/exchanges immediately upon receipt. Your credit card will be credited the appropriate amount and posted to your account once the return is processed. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank. All shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
