This was my first time with a balloon garland and it was a great one! I would definitely recommend getting a pump, my husband and I blew all of the balloons up ourselves and assembled the garland in about an hours. It made such a statement and held up great! We had no issues with balloons popping, the colors were amazing and high quality and a week later we had to actually pop the balloons ourselves to throw it away. This was about 3/4 of the balloons. I assembled the rest for another area of the party.
